What is the ZBA?
The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) interprets the zoning ordinances, hears appeals, and grants variances.
The five-member ZBA is appointed by the City Commission. One member is a member of the Planning Commission. All members are citizens of the City who represent various interests and population distribution of the City.
The ZBA meets as needed.
